“I had a great stay at the Cove. This hotel is a great location near the center of the OC Boardwalk. The room was compact but immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It was a little chilly during my stay but the front porch would be an inviting place to spend a summer evening. The owner was friendly and eager to please. I would definitely recommend.”

“Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service… I inadvertently left a critically important item behind, upon checkout, and when the staff found it, they called me to let me know. Arrangements were made for me to get my item back and I will forever be grateful!!”

“Poor management, poor cleanness, The WiFi provided did NOT meet there claimed. Get your own ready breakfast to be there if you still want to.”

“We stayed at this property last Fall, in the same room. I gave them satisfactory and you get what you pay for after our stay last fall. Now the room has been much improved since then. The room has new carpets, new bed, the walls have been painted and the bathroom much improved. The new bed was very comfortable. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Our one disappointment, they had no decaf coffee or decaf tea bags. I asked at the office and they said that they did not have any……

“Fun weekend great location”

“The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. ”

“We stayed Friday till Sunday not once did they come to clean the room or give us fresh linen the mattress was like sleeping on mush. The bathtub was dirty. We went to Walmart and brought cleaning supplies and a tub scrubber. Would have left but we prepaid. This is our 4th time staying there it wasn’t like that before.”
