“Clean rooms, great staff”

“Great location staff was helpful one issue was I wish you can check in before 4 pm. Thanks for a pleasant stay will be back”

“When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. The renovations are nice, however it is an older hotel……

“I bring my family here multiple times a year, staff are accommodating, I almost always get 3 rooms, never have any crazy issues, will be returning in a few weeks, for more family fun,”

“Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”

“Never made it to the room, they made it very difficult to sign in and get the room I booked had to find a different hotel”

“Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.”

“No kitchen was not equipped with anything A/c was good ”
