“I travel for business and can spend $150-$200 a night for a room. I was worried because the price was so low for a night but the beds and pillows are the same quality as I get when I stay at a Marriott. Rooms obviously have been recently redone / repainted. If looking for someplace to get a good nights rest this place works. I didn’t try the breakfast”

“Great value. Pretty clean. Terrible pillows. Shower had almost no pressure. Staff is very unfriendly, even if engaged. No smile. No conversation. No welcome. Also, there is no real breakfast. Just some prepackaged snacks. And nothing until after 7am. Most travelers are on their way by then. If you just want to sleep and leave, it’s a good value.”

“This place was very good, in fact it was perfect. I could park my car right in front of the room, the AC was cold like it should be, and there was hot water (unlike some motels). The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely come back again.”

“My stay at Avid was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to housekeeping and room cleanliness. I was moved to three different rooms because the bedding was not clean. There was hair throughout the sheets on each bed, and one of the comforters had noticeable stains. By the time the issue continued into the evening, it was too late for me to reasonably look for another hotel, so I had to request fresh sheets and change the bedding myself.
