"The room "

"All well, clean, organized, quiet and well maintain. stayed there with Family of 5 for new year all the way from Toronto Canada. Breakfast ran out so quick - too much crowed at/around breakfast area. Expedia says, check in time is 4 pm and check out is 12 pm Whereas, hotel front desk says, check in at 3 pm and check out 11 am. I believe Expedia needs to update their system. "

"Our room was very cozy and quiet with a beautiful view, and the temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were courteous and efficient. We deeply appreciate the free and ample parking—that feature will definitely have us returning very soon. The only thing we found a bit off-putting was the poorly functioning elevator and inaccessible staircase, otherwise it was awesome. Thank you so much! "

"Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean, we felt safe. They did have complimentary breakfast, your basics (pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, pastries). There is a bus stop almost right in front of the hotel which is great for public transportation. There is also a hospital across the street. I would stay here again for sure!"

"I visit Royal couple of times a year I love it the service is fenomenal. Front desk personal the guy his name Aceere and everyone really good. The ladys at the breakfast super friendly. The breakfast is super tasty but menu always the same."

"The desk staff were probably the best of any hotel I've ever been at. We had some issue with noisy children in the adjoining room on our first night and I called down and the person at the desk took care of it and the noise stopped minutes later. When it started again in the morning I went down to the front desk and without question, and a gracious smile, we were offered a new room that was quite quiet. For the price, this was a great stay. For triple the price, I would have wanted a hotel that had more sound proof rooms, a smart TV, and a working pool (it was out of order). Otherwise, everything else was great. "
