"Nice hotel overall, but a few frustrating issues during the stay. The breakfast room was locked at least 5 minutes before closing while guests inside were still eating, but no one new was allowed in. There was also no bar soap in the room at check-in, so I had to go to the front desk to request it. On top of that, the front desk seemed to be making up rules about “quiet lobby hours” after 9 PM that weren’t posted anywhere. The hotel itself was good, but the service and communication could definitely be improved."
