“It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured”

“When they say it comes with breakfast, it should be more than granola bars, English muffins and cereal. We had about 4 tissues in the box and the coffee pot in the room is broken and they had to give us the cleaning crews key to get into the room.”

“Ask for extra coffee. Ask for a room away from the pool. Go when it isn't raining. The view will be spectacular.”

“It’s hard to judge the property as simply good or bad. Here is what I wish there had been more transparency about. This is a very old, industrial feel building. Our room was cold, you don’t have a traditional heater or thermostat, it’s radiant heat and turning the knob did not help. Had to get a space heater from housekeeping to warm the room up as it was 49 degrees outside. The windows are super thin and drafty. There are hardly any electrical outlets. There are no outlets in the bathroom at……

“Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining……
