“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels……

“Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly. I’m old school so I like to speak to someone one-on-one and……

“I tend to book last minute, and I never hesitate to book at one of the Cleveland Residences. Above all, the team makes the difference. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests, and someone is always either physically present at the property or a phone call away. Highly recommend.”

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……
