Book Hayes Bed & Breakfast

Excellent place

The Inn at Warner Hall is a fantastically restored piece of history. The inn is in great condition and beautifully done. The property grounds look great and includes a 1-mile walking path with river views. The friendly staff and great breakfast only add to a wonderful stay.

We are frequent flyers to Williamsburg & love this area. In the past, we stayed with family, but they no longer live there, so we needed a place to stay during our trip. We decided to go the BnB route & we are so glad we did! We stayed in the Lewis room, which is the smallest of the 3 rooms, but it was fine for us during our 3 night stay. The queen bed was very comfortable & the bathroom, while small, met our needs. The home is typical colonial home & is beautiful. It was decorated just...

Colonial elegance with all the modern amenities. Very friendly and cordial staff and the rooms were beautifully decorated with charming furniture. The breakfast served was excellent and the breakfast room and lounge was one of our favorites. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a B&B. Location is beautiful and convenient to cover the gamut of American history from Jamestowne, Colonial Williamsburg, America's oldest family business Shirley Plantation, Yorktown where independence was won, presidents' homes such as Monticello, and civil war sites in and around Fredericksburg.

Spent the weekend in Williamsburg and this place was an amazing jump off point. John the owner is very attentive and the overall atmosphere of the place was amazing. Will be recommending this place to anyone who is staying in Williamsburg regardless of the trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamsburg Sampler B & B. We appreciated the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary College, as well as the quiet location. Mr. Ike is such a kind man and an excellent Innkeeper..lovely to talk to him and tour his Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just delicious! We will definitely revisit this quaint inn on our next visit!

The B&B is absolutely lovely, but there is no one there to greet you or that we even saw at all, except for breakfasts. We booked for two nights and had the 'Green Room' at the top of the stairs, at the front of the house. It's a beautiful room, as are all the rooms there. There is honestly not a bad room (we went into every one of them) and they are all almost identical, except for one twin room. There was an envelope attached to the front door with instructions and that was it. We made...

Good!

Location was perfect. Colonial Williamsburg 2 blocks from hotel and many shops and restaurants on the way to site. Parking was walking distance and really safe. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Stayed in Jamestown room and it was exactly as it was described in website. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom with great water pressure. Good breakfast and freshly baked cookies in evening. Had a wonderful time exploring and seeing Williamsburg. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a...
