"Very good food - extensive breakfast buffet and we also ate in the restaurant one evening and enjoyed a very good meal. Our room's aircon was not working so a decent room fan was provided. Not a huge issue as we spent most of the time outside exploring the city. Overall, the hotel is very good - the location is excellent - very close to the underground trains and yet in a very quiet road."

"The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight."
