Tv didn’t work but desk clerk promptly came to room to fix by bringing in the tv remote (to be used with universal remote). Had to reset every time tv was turned off. Appreciate a/c being on (very hot day) but room was 58 degrees. Adjusted a/c & room was comfortable after couple hours. Had lake view room but window very dirty. Rest of room was clean. Staff awesome - guessing they’re having difficulty finding good help.
