"We came to relax for the weekend and getaway. The hotel was fine until Saturday night. On Saturday night they have a group of teenagers staying who were runnning up and down the halls at 1am with no adult supervision. The phone in our room was not working so no way to call front desk. It was not a good way to end a weekend that was supposed to be relaxing. "

"The room and hotel were clean and the bed comfortable. It's outdated and the bedside plugs did not work which was annoyance trying to charge devices. "

"There was animal urine on the air conditioning unit and when addressed with the staff, I was dismissed and provided excuses. Overall condition of room was terrible with a lack of any attention to detail."

"The staff was very kind. The shower leaked and the fire doors keep closing which kept waking me up. "

"We book based on free parking, wi-fi and breakfast. Indoor pools and fireplaces are a bonus, but the parking, wi-fi and breakfast are a must. We checked in late and Sebastian was wonderful, kind and funny. He did mention that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no HOT breakfast items in the am. As long as there is coffee, we will be fine. Well there was coffee, but no creamer, apparently the delivery never came. It's a small thing, but that's what we paid for so no 5 stars, but for a night, it'll do."
