"Great, quiet location. Perfect for a little getaway. The cottage is well maintained and very clean. You can tell that the owners take great care and pay close attention to the details. While the weather didn't cooperate for us to see a sunset, they have to be beautiful with the view off the back of the house out of the lake. If you are looking for a relaxing time away from home within easy driving distance of good food in Canandaigua and plenty of wineries this is a great choice. "

"The house was cute, obviously renovated and for the most part clean. We did enjoy the kayaks. Other than that, I was extremely disappointed that the lakefront was completely unusable because of all of the vegetation in it. The property description states that you could "wade in the gradual lakefront" - completely inaccurate. Can't imagine anyone who would wade in that. Furthermore there were issues with the neighbor cleaning up after their pets and also the fact there had been a boil water...
