"The property was very clean with staff greeting you as you walk into the hotel and very informative and directed you with everything to know. The room was spacious and very nice, the mattresses are really comfortable even the pull out couch. McDonald’s is a 1 min walk just outside the property which was fantastic and they had free breakfast which was good and lots of options. Free tea and coffee 24/7 and a little shop with soda, frozen dinners and snacks ice cream and snacks. The pool was a nice temperature and clean along with the spa the water wasn’t as hot but still nice to be in and relax. "

"Been to the hotel banquet halls on several occasions in past for RIT sports banquets but never stayed at the hotel. In Rochester to visit our daughter and opted to stay there since it was more affordable than the Hilton and Marriot properties we typically stay at. The hotel meet our standards for comfort and cleanliness. Would not hesitate to stay there again."
