"The lobby and the room were very clean. The staff were kind, caring, and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to Times Square and many of the theatres. I went to a show at Madison Square Garden and it was a quick walk from the hotel. I had an excellent stay and would book again"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The onsite restaurants are great with great food choices. The View restaurant is a revolving restaurant with breathtaking views of the New York skyline. The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square and close to all of the sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s a 10 out of 10."

"Honestly, the perfect place to stay if you plan on having fun in the city, enjoying Broadway shows, and really just want a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The location can’t be beat, though I would definitely request a higher floor room. Second floor, and you hear alllll the road noise, and it is considerable. There are no amenities, except for the most basic (soap, shampoo, body wash, two plastic cups, a hair dryer). Wish there was a bottled water option, but the bed was comfortable, the room was impeccably spotless, and for the price, it was perfect for us."
