The rental is nicely appointed with marble, wood and tile providing a very nice & relaxing space to enjoy. It's easy to walk the property and community. The sports bar has a 6 lane bowling alley. Wine tasting and nice restaurants (good tasting food) are within walking distance. Recommend this place for your stay in Napa. The communication by owner/management group is responsive."

Safeway and many good restaurants in Alamo along with Starbucks, Peets, and a cool local coffee shop called Levers are all within easy walking distance. "We left the second night of a 6 night booking. The host was definitely on site, and lives in the lower level unit. He met for access and questioned me for ten minutes. He asked questions about employment, vaccine status, and background information I am not comfortable sharing with a stranger. It took him 1/2 hour to finish the interview, and walk through the property before handing over the keys. This is not a 3 boardroom. "The little amenities in the room were very nice. It received a lower rating for the following reasons. The shower did not work properly nor the fan in the bathroom. The fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the bathroom. Our water was shut for three hours one day due to maintenance. This was not disclosed to us before our stay."
