I would tell anyone looking to book this property to seriously consider a different property. I booked it as a non refundable and when I arrived at the property there were no employees there to check me in. I tried to resolve the issue via Expedia and the customer service was awful. After an hour, an off duty employee showed up and luckily he checked me in. The property was very poorly kept and I saw several vagrant type of guests. The area around the entrance was extremely littered with cigarette butts. The hallways had a combination musty, smoky, pet smell. My bed sheets had not been completely dried when put onto my bed and felt damp when I crawled into bed. I don’t normally write such a bad review for a budget motel but this one was well below the standard even for a Red Roof Inn. Again I don’t recommend it and book at your own risk.

Excellent price and stay if you're a smoker and don't mind the insects, stains, and mold. Desk was able to switch us to second room after we complained about the rooms smelling like an ashtray, but second room wasn't much better. It was only for one night and we got out of there quick the next morning.

This hotel is dirty and smelly
The condition of the entry to the hotel and the lobby were so deplorable that we went straight to the reception area to cancel our reservation. The entry was very dirty and unkempt. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and it was clear that we did not have to see the rooms to know that there was no way that we could stay in this hotel. We had two rooms reserved, my husband and I had a room and my brother-in-law had a room. We all agreed instantly that we had to cancel our reservations and we did.

The hallways stink of cigarette smoke. Sheets had holes in them. We tried sleeping but couldn’t breath due to the smell so we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to the quality in next door.

My room was dirty, tub so damaged I decided not to use and only one towel which was crumpled so I thought it might have been used. And this was my second room the first couldn't stay in. Add to all this there was no coffee

Property needs renovations
We ended up having two cancel our stay because we tried two different rooms and they were both awful. The first room had awful mold in the bathroom and no fridge. The second room we were offered had no couch, no towels, only three sad pillows on the king size bed. This one didn’t appear to have mold in the bathroom but it didn’t appear very clean. Both rooms had envelopes begging for tips. The lobby of the hotel is dark, dingy and smells heavily of cigarette smoke. The staff was very kind and helpful though. We just couldn’t justify staying there when the hotel next door was the same price with better amenities and in a much better condition.

The condition was terrible 1st room had roaches, tub drain was tapped. Toilet didn't work. Would have only cost about 20 maybe to fix toilet 2nd room had fleas. Asked for another room but heater didn't work.
