"The front of hotel crew — the gentleman assisting with the street check in — luggage, directions to park, and assistance with making a u-turn on a downtown Memphis street — was cheerful and a great ambassador for the hotel. The receptionist was great in covering all the details — and was helpful again the next morning with the coffee bar. Such good cheer from them both! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Can easily say, “give this quiet gem a try!”"
