"Bed was not comfortable, grounds not mowed, rooms were dark and outdated, check in took forever."

"When I arrived to check-in, there was no staff at reception. The police was there to get reports from other people that wanted to check-in. The police said the person working at the desk quit her job that night, and nobody else was working. Now i’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. I had to find another hotel for the night."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Staff restocked often. The bathroom was clean.The bad news: There seemed to be a homeless element when I circled around back. There were 15-20 people milling around back late afternoon. The ceiling had a huge water stain. There were no linings in the trash buckets. Furniture was stained. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the floors got slippery. The elevators are in an inconvenient place. Too expensive for the location which is extremely noisy."

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

"We’ve stayed here more than a half-dozen times and have always enjoyed this first-rate location. The entire facility (including the rooms) is spotless; the staff is friendly; the included breakfast is tasty and plentiful; and the location. Is very convenient. "

"Couldn’t check in because there system was down. Had to wait an hour. Finally got in the room. Room was mostly clean, hairs in bathroom. Ew. No hair dryer. Called 3 times till they finally brought us one. Room had an adjacent door where the neighbor was slurring obscenities. Went and talked to front desk about it. They went and checked on the guy and said there was nothing wrong. He continued to yell curse words as he was probably drunk. They couldn’t move our room because they were full even though rooms were getting cleaned down the hall. We decided to leave bc we had a small child. I told the front desk, and they acted like they knew who the guy was who was yelling like he lived there. The silver lining is they gave me my money back for the two nights, thank the lord. Did not feel safe. On top of all that someone was singing when September ends in the bar to karaoke while all this was happening. That part made me laugh. Will definitely never stay there."
