Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time.

Great little town
Great area. So much to do. Hiking trails, wineries, apple picking, Roosevelt house, movies, etc...
Close to New Paltz, a special And awesome location to get away from New York to quiet beautiful surroundings, yet convenient enough to partake in College graduation ceremony, and proximity to the town if New Paltz
Plenty to see and do but more convenient if you have your own transportation.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. :)
Would never ever stay here again
