“Literally steps to Snow Summit but multiple problems made the lodging a disappointment. Specifically we had to call for more towels for the five of us, we had to call to get a working toaster, we had to call because the patio screen door fell off, and the TV would not allow us to sign into our Netflix account. “We stayed for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. The condo is quite lovely, with a perfect balance of rustic wood and forest/lake decor to remind you that you're in the mountains, with modern spaces that provide great comfort. While we had a couple of hiccups with the reservation and check in process, response to our emails and phone call was always fast and the issues resolved quickly. We definitely would stay here in the future and are actually eyeing a stay in the spring.”
