“While arriving, I had to contact the hotel 3 separate times to get my check in information because I would call, the woman on the phone would tell me she’d send the info to me, then never did. She eventually did email it to me right before our flight after I called the FOURTH time. When we got there our information (including room number and code) was taped to the door and a lady told us our room number (who didn’t work there). We were worried about parking because there was no way to pay, and……

“Property was nice but check in time was 4 pm and we didn’t get a room till close to 7 and it was a different room then we booked just to get us in which we kinda appreciated but would have rather had our original room we booked. We will go back, property was conveniently close to what we were doing”

“The staff that check you in/out were so sweet and helpful. They were very quick to answer the phone if calling from your room and were happy to answer any and all of my questions. The shuttle they offer on property was a bonus for me because I didn’t realize it came with one when booking! The communication with the shuttle driver was also 10/10 and she always made sure to pick up/drop off at the time she scheduled and if she was there earlier she would just send a message. The hotel is centrally……
