“Ok”

“Convenient!”

“I was there for 3 days. Housekeeping came by once. And even with asking multiple times I never got any towels. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Like bro that’s literally the bare minimum. Also the shower has so partition and no gradient in the floor to help drain so every shower gets a nice little flood in the whole bathroom. A+ engineering. The dudes at the front desk were nice though mostly.”

“Overall it was a good stay. Pros: this hotel has the underground tunnel connected to the hospital so it was easy walking over, expecially since there is massive construction going on right there. Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was a good variety and good. Rooms were quiet, never heard any of the construction! A detail I may have missed or it wasn’t added in the description was if you parked in there ramp it was 17 dollars a night. Cons: defiantly needs some updating, but……

“酒店位置比较满意”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“The room thermostat did not work. It was always putting out cool air and made the room very uncomfortable. We had to sleep in our clothes to be warm enough. Bathroom was tiny with tub and shower controls very old and outdated. Not like previous stays! We will choose somewhere else next time.”

“Good breakfast”

“Only gave it as many stars as I did because the customer service was great. I would never stay here again. It’s extremely run down, the mattress had blood stains all over it. The floor appeared to have blood stains as well. The air conditioner made a loud obnoxious noise. The pool wasn’t open either.”

“I love it.”

“Very good!”
