"I have been a guest at the Hotel St James several times. Room has always been clean and the housekeeping staff is very respectful, friendly and helpful. However, for the first time one of the front desk staff was not what I have experienced in my past visits, the rest of them were respectful and helpful. The hotel is going through some renovations but did not interfere with my stay. Bryant Park is just a couple of blocks away and it is a great place to sit and relax or enjoy a snack. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. I hope this was helpful."

"OYO is right at Times Square, so expect noise from the streets. Come for the convenient location, and clean rooms. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
