Hoard Historical Museum Tours

First of all the bathroom was shabby. Was in a handicap room - unnecessarily. The vanity was all sink so no place to put make-up or anything else you would want to lay down on a vanity. The mirror frame was chipped. The lighting over the vanity was terrible. The back of the sink area looked like the back splash was repaired and the grout wasn't cleaned up. The shower curtain was shredding on the bottom. Secondly, there was a seating area had no lighting. There was room in the corner between a couch and chair that could have accommodated a table and lamp or a floor lamp but nothing was there. Thirdly, there was no light filtering curtain on the windows only blackout curtains. When we opened the blackout curtains the screens were shredded. The over all appearance was shabby. And don't get me stared on the poor excuse of a breakfast that was offered. Will not be going back.

Staff was great. Especially Dave in Maintenance! We could barely open the patio sliding door and he helped. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was good. But common spaces, like the main stairs really needed a good vacuuming. For the price I expected more. Wouldn't likely stay again based on what we paid.
