Great location! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in an exclusive residential community and only 1 mile from Hobe Sound's public beach. Built in 2019, this 1 bed with 1 full bath with private patio includes pull-out couch in living area to accommodate up to 4 guests total . Amenities include: full kitchen, laundry, WiFi, two 50" smart TVs, cable, parking for 2 vehicles and more. Restaurants, stores and other attractions are within walking distance.
The space
Full kitchen includes full sized refrigerator, stove top, convection microwave oven, coffee maker and all dishes, pots/pans and other utensils. Bar top counter with 2 stools for dining. Living room includes pull-out couch, coffee table, end table and 50" TV. Bedroom includes queen sized bed, dresser, night stand and 50" TV. Bathroom includes vanity, storage and shower.
Guest access
Check out by 11 am and check in 4 pm daily. Guess access is 24/7 however, this is a residential area so quiet entrance/exit expected between 11 pm and 7 am. No loud vehicles permitted within hours listed above.
