Lovely little inn, rooms were clean and staff was pleasant! Check in was a breeze. Worth recommending and we would definitely stay again if we end up back in the area!

Hotel Ursa is a beautifully maintained hotel on U. Maine's campus--a unique location! The staff was outstanding and the cafe was perfect for what we needed.

I loved staying here! My only complaint is that it doesn’t have an elevator. This was a problem for my grandmother. But it was a very nice place to stay for a decent price.

Room was clean and tidy and the outside property is beautiful. This is an old, historic inn that definitely needs some updates and a more hospitable check-in manager. No “hello or welcome”, he just said “step over here” (in a dark corner) and “I need the card you paid with”. I responded with “Hello how are you today?” Not a welcoming friendly vibe from the front desk staff who are as poorly dressed as the inn. It’s obvious this place is still open due to its weddings and event venues. Carpet in dining room stinks, mattresses and pillows are as old as the inn and breakfast is meh. At least wash the front outside stairwell - its a dirty, moldy eyesore.
