GRAN TERRENO PISO CASA PISCINA ** RECIENTEMENTE RENOVADO **

Recientemente renovado (2019), casa en la planta baja con una gran piscina climatizada y tiki bar. Esta espaciosa casa de planta baja está ubicada a una cuadra (contamos 350 pasos) hasta las arenas blancas de la playa de Anna Maria Island en el Golfo de México en una calle tranquila sin tráfico. Muy céntrico a todas las tiendas y restaurantes en Holmes Beach.

Nuevos dueños. AKA bajo su antiguo nombre: "Rising Tide". Todo es nuevo en esta hermosa casa. Cinco habitaciones, 3.5 baños.

Hay dos salas de estar y un gran comedor.

El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un medio baño privado. El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales. Los dormitorios 3 y 4 son dormitorios principales con una cama king y un baño completo adyacente cada uno. El quinto dormitorio (favorito de los niños) tiene dos camas queen. El segundo y el quinto dormitorio comparten un baño completo en el pasillo. Sofá cama en la sala de enfrente.

La sala de entrada frontal tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 65 ", una Playstation de Sony y un sofá cama Queen. La sala de estar también tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 65 "con sistema Dolby Surround. Todos los televisores son televisores inteligentes con recepción de antena digital Roku y OTA incorporada. La pared trasera de vidrio se abre a la terraza cubierta y al área de la piscina espaciosa.

Place was great for an extended family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and just as described. Short 6 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We saw manatee and a Loggerhead Sea Turtle hatchling. Walked down to see the beautiful gulf coast sunset at night. Pool was clean and refreshing for a dip after being at the beach or at night. Would definitely look to stay here for our next trip to AMI.

Loved AMI. The house was very nice and clean. Loved the pool, deck area, and screened in porch. Grill area was a nice plus. Short walk to the beach. AC worked well in the main living space but not in the bedrooms. Warm in those areas.

Great getaway

This house was amazing. It is on a quiet street but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Had a golf cart to get around the island and it was so easy. We never left the island for food, etc. I highly recommend this property. The contact was very easy to deal with and answered all questions I had. No issues at all from booking to check out.

Excellent location and wonderful layout

The house was perfect size for our group of 10. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, there were extra blankets in the closet and we didn't need for a thing. The only negative is the outside trash was completely full and smelled awful upon our arrival but was collected the next day so the situation resolved itself. Would definitely recommend this house for a bigger family gathering

Amazing Vacation!

We had a great stay! There were 8 of us and the house can easily fit 10 with lots of room/privacy. The location is just a walk to several restaurants and the beach. We rented an 8 person golf cart and it was perfect for getting to shopping/dinner. The living space is nice and open and the pool area with the screened in porch is great for hanging out, having a drink and playing cards. We highly recommend and will definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect House For A Group!

We loved this house for our week in AMI! It's super comfortable for a group of 10 people; plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy. The screened in patio in the back (pool area) was perfect for dinner! The pool is warm, clean, & larger than it looks in the photos. We used the inflatables all week and appreciated having an umbrella to bring to the beach! The location was exactly what we wanted: super close walk to the beach, Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, Hurricane Hanks, Iso Bella, and surrounding strip malls. Highly reccomend!

Fabulous Family Getaway

My favorite part of this property was the amount of bedrooms and baths. Each family in our group had their own full bath to bath children and enjoy some privacy. The pool was a favorite with the grandkids. So nice to come off the beach and swim until supper. The tiki bar was a great hangout for parents and kids alike. Grandpa was the perfect bartender. Will stay here again.

Fabulous house for a larger group and perfect location to beach

The house was just as described and was just steps away from the beautiful waters. We loved everything about the house, the only downfall was the pool was never warm enough to really hang out in. I understand from what I read they can't heat above 80 but we hit some pretty cold days so that was disappointing.

The house was a great layout for the amount of people we had. The pool had great sunshine all day! Many kitchen supplies were provided. Close to the beach! We had a good stay and would recommend this property.

There were 10 of us in the house. The house was set up perfectly for our 3 families. The kids LOVED the pool and spent hours in it! Lots of room in the dining room and the living room for watching movies in tv.

Vacation Mode Activated

First thing we noticed was how clean the overall property was! The house was described as is. The walk to the beach was shorter than we expected. If you use Google Maps it looks like a further walk, but it's really not. The public beach path winds you out onto a beautiful view of the beach and it is NOT crowded! Perfect for our group. Rent a golf cart to ride around the island. There were really only a couple "issues" we had. The master bedroom off the living room does not have the best water pressure in the shower so if you have long thick hair...... good luck. The other issue is lack of parking just about anywhere you go on the island so when packing up to go to the beach you're carrying all your gear or you drive over near the path and drop stuff off and then go park and walk back. Overall, we would absolutely come back!

great pool

The house was perfect for our extended family. Two separate living areas were great if someone wanted to sit and read while others watched tv. The kitchen and dining areas are large also. The bedroom with the laundry was a little dark when you are trying to shower. When not at the beach we were in the pool. What I loved most about the pool it is one depth, perfect for kids and older folks like me! we will be back next year.

Good stay at for group of 8

House is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Made it easy to catch the beautiful sunsets each night. The kids enjoyed having the pool as well. House worked for our group of 8. Needs more towels but otherwise was pretty well stocked.
