"The house is extremely convenient for paddling and hiking locations around Tupper and the Saranac lakes. Convenience of the beach from the house is great, but not being able to park there isnt the most helpful for those bringing their own kayaks or etc. The upstairs bathroom is nice, but doorways are a little short for taller people. Overall it was an excellent trip and the house in the woods was fun!"

The fried cod and chicken meatloaf entrees were delicious, but I didn't like the string beans (undercooked). The room was cozy, clean and quiet (we had one facing the lake and not the street)."
