“Are room was upgraded for no apparent reason. Had a fireplace a hot tub and a shower. Up on the 4th floor with a balcony. Had great Mountain View. The room was spotless and spacious. The are renovating some rooms so there is construction material and equipment in the back. Had little interaction with the staff, since there was never a need. Great stay, will be back.”

“This is a quaint inn under new ownership. The staff was eager for us to have a great experience and we did! We were warmly greeted and any special requests we had were easily taken care of. Our evening was topped off by an excellent dinner of filet mignon in the attractive, cozy dining room/bar.”

“We were there just before summer season started. So the pool and grounds weren't quite ready. But the room was neat and clean. The staff busy, but helpful. We would definitely return. It was a perfect spot for high peakers!”

“The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”

“We really enjoyed out stay. Staff were friendly and checking-in was easy. We loved the group fire pit where we were able to meet new people and enjoy a lovely evening.”

“YOU MUST STAY! I went with my husband, son, his wife, their 10yo son and 3yo daughter. We had a second floor bedroom and a third floor bedroom. The bedrooms (3 floors), tea/coffee room, all bathrooms, additional sitting rooms and basement (full functioning kitchen, rec room, laundry and bathroom) were all clean and tidy. They were renovating, so the porches were a bit messy from supplies, but still relaxing and comfortable. There was a firepit outside. They had complimentary coffee, hot……

“The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok . The following things were broken or not working. TV did not work ( they were aware), all the curtains were stuck either in closed or open position. Wide open in the shower ,not good. Pool was closed. Last but not least ,I found a " forgotten used" towel in the shower and the only chair in the room looked too "yucky" to sit in Needles to say that I will not come back.”
