VERY run down. No daily cleaning. My room wasn’t properly cleaned between the previous guest and my check in. Staff was almost always absent from front desk. They never wore masks for customer safety and no hand sanitizer. Bed sheets had a blood streak in them. Rust stains on the air vents. Curtains were ripped. Elevator was constantly dirty. Flies in the room. Water was shut down without notice for 4-6 hours on last day. Zero amenities were open: no pool, restaurant, room service, business center wasn’t working, no airport shuttle WiFi was horribly slow. The screen of the room tv was messed up/picture distorted. I expect Expedia to provide some compensation for false advertising. I have photo and video proof.

While staying at this property I was given two rooms. The first room (RM 137)was dirty, had dead roaches in the drawer , The sheets were dirty looked at though there were blood on them and make up, and they were white stains on the couch. Come to find out that was somebody else’s room that they had gave to me I was then transferred to another room (RM330) which to the eye was cleaner the only thing that was not clean was the bed looked like it had someone’s hair on it so I didn’t ask for clean linen and the young lady at the front desk told me there was no clean linen give her 20 minutes . I’ve been left to go get food at a local restaurant and when I arrive back I ask for clean linen which then it was finally given to me after she told me the housekeeper had left when I told her hours ago. After taking a shower and calling Expedia pertaining to this issue with the room, I then went into the kitchen to use the phone because the phone in my bedroom had stopped working. As I turn the light on and looked over the kitchen sink there were roaches crawling from everywhere. Not one not two possibly over 10. Wow still having Expedia on the phone I’ve been called down to the front desk and let her hear me in a frantic scream that there were roaches in my room. When I educate her that there were roaches in this room and dead ones in the other her response to me was, how would Angela know that there are bugs in your room I said to her because I showed her a picture. A refund was given
