"It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. "Top notch, it wasn’t our first choice (because we are loyalty members at a chain nearby) but it definitely will be next time! Convenient location less than 3 miles from Emerald Isle. Easy check in with pleasant staff. Very clean all around, nice outdoor pool, workout room, dining area for the continental breakfast (good coffee btw). We had a good sized room with a jacuzzi, very comfortable mattress and even though our room faced the street, it was so quiet. Absolutely no complaints"

"Breakfast was good and reliable. Hotel staff were all kind and welcoming. Housekeeping needs improvement. Upon check-in there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom and sand on the floor of the room. On the second day, someone came in and made the bed and took the used towels away, however there were no towels replaced. That night I went down to the front desk to get towels. Upon showering, I realized the body wash was empty, so the next day I left the front desk know. Upon returning to the room on the third day, the bed wasn’t made, but there were towels replaced. The housekeeping staff had also placed shower gel in the dispenser at the sink and hand soap in the shower. The staff working the breakfast area were amazing everyday and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked."

"Place was clean, room was clean, bed comfy. Staff was wonderful. No breakfast, coffee only. There is a Dennys next building over. Kitchen was useful but only one person could sit and eat as there was only 1 chair. The other had to sit on the bed and eat. I had a room with 2 double beds for two people but the room had only 1 chair at the table. Would be nice if there were chairs to relax in as well."

"It’s was infested with roaches. The staff was very helpful understanding it was an entity that they cannot control and they were more than compliant with extending me a full refund even wanted to offer me another room but my thought process if they’re there they’re in other rooms as well. Thanks again to the staff. I just couldn’t stay there after that."
