“I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early……

“Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be……

“My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”

“For the rate I paid for my stay, I was expecting something other than the austere room that I was given. There was absolutely no character, little charm and nothing special about it. I paid $200.00 for the room. I have stayed in other hotels for less than this and the rooms have been welcoming and even cozy. I typically don't stay at a Best Western so my experience may be normal--I don't know. I was left with a rather unsatisfactory feeling after my stay. I will probably not stay at a……

“The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy.”
