“Went to check in and it took the check in agent 20 minutes to acknowledge I was standing in front of her. Finally got checked into our room and pulled out the couch for my grandson and the sheets and mattress cover was dirty. It had crackers and was stained . We called down to the front desk and was told she would send some up. An hour later we still hadn't received the clean sheet. We called back down no one answered, called again still no answer. I finally went down and asked for the sheets.……

“Our family had a great stay! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The young adults loved the pool table and arcade game! The location is ideal - close to restaurants, shops, and the amusement park. The house is very kid friendly with a pack and play, tiny table and chairs, books, and a swing set. We’ll be returning in the fall with the grandkids!
