“Place was nice. Staff was very friendly. Parking was a little weird. It was spread out on the property.”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“Everything was great about our first stay here. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, minus Nicholas, he seems bothered when you asked him a question and just down right miserable. ”

“This property gave all the late checkouts to a visiting sports team and stood on the first come first served BS. Possibly someone who is the Hilton Honors member would need a late checkout and called in the morning. Maybe you should reserve that for someone like that rather than just giving them all to the sports team people think about the rest of the folks staying in your hotel who have been a Hilton Honors member for decades.”
