The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. "Aira was so conveniently located so close to train street and a stroll (or short cheap Grab ride) to the Old Quarter. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A particular mention for Tony who helped in so many ways including especially when we had trouble with the apps. The gym was sufficient and the pool was a welcome respite for the humid weather. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which had great drinks and great views, particularly in the evenings. Daniel was a very hospitable waiter at the bar. I had an awesome neck, shoulder and back massage a the Aira spa. I would definitely recommend the Aira for accommodation."
