“Breakfast and the room were great! The bed was comfortable, and Breakfast had plenty of options. Coffee and tea were available. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but that was the only issue. My husband went to buy something from the little store here and had good service.”

“The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”

“Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.”
