“The Beaufort Inn—and Beaufort, SC—completely have my heart. We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in one of the dog-friendly cottages, and it was spotless, roomy, and so comfortable. It was perfect for my husband, our pup, and me. I thought it was such a sweet touch that our dog was welcomed with a little goodie bag. You really can't beat the location. We walked everywhere—to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and all the beautiful streets Beaufort is known for. The staff was so friendly and……

“To be new, it didn’t feel that way. Our room was not very clean. Shower had mildew on shower curtain, dirt and buildup around the room, unfinished/not finished properly areas of the room(walls, around light switches, bathroom counter). It was an okay stay but I did expect more/better from a new Marriott.”

“This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking……

“Definitely recommend this hotel! The staff were friendly and the property and rooms were clean. It’s a 5 - 10 min walk to the water and there are cute little shops and restaurants in the area. 10/10”

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back.
