The room was sufficient for 4 people and clean. The one of the biggest disappointment was no room service or no reception/help desk. When we reached at the motel around 6pm, nobody was there to help us. We called the help desk number, hotel numbers but none of the calls were answered. We got really worried esp. with kids and freezing cold weather. There is a notice written to get to the key box but not readable in the bad light. I wish the check-in experience would have better with the day long driving. Also, we can not get room supplies, coffee, sugar, towels etc as there is no room service.

Pet friendly. Didn't need to deal with any staff. Very roomy.

One of our go to stays while in McCloud. The food is always impeccable and the atmosphere is on point for a romantic getaway!♥️ The owners are on site, providing the fabulous meals and are readily available if anything is needed during your stay. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Room was spacious and well kept. Dog friendly and cute atmosphere. We stayed here for one night on a road trip and it was the perfect little stop. Nice staff and community.
