“We really love a shared home VRBO, this keeps real ownership in the neighborhood. Basement location kept out traffic noise from Speer. Cherry Creek trail and Alamo Placita park a both a short block away. Safeway just a few more blocks. We travelled with our black labrador and really appreciated the fenced yard and the nearby park for longer jaunts. Neighborhood is very walkable. Parking was always easy during our week long stay. King size bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the sleeper...

“We had an amazing visit here, and would definitely return! Great location, nice space for a group gathering with multiple bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Easy access to highway while also being in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Parking was on the street in front, but typically easy to find space. Outdoor space was promising but could use some attention- weeds were overgrown in the backyard. Freezer needs to be defrosted. Thanks for hosting our hiking/Red Rocks fun...

“We are a couple in our 60's. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurant/bars, plus we were within a 20 minute walk of the train stop. Uber/Lyft were readily available, and everything we needed was within a short drive. VRBO is a little deceiving, because you enter through an alley, but it's a very comfortable, quiet 1-BR bungalow. Enjoyed our time in Denver!”

“Excellent communication from host, property was spotlessly clean - had everything one needed for an extended stay. Garage parking was essential in this neighborhood (garage door was somewhat temperamental) area good for walkable food & grocery choices. Security & automatic lighting was appreciated. Only comments: would not recommend for 6 adults due to only 1 small full bathroom but perfect for 2 - maybe with 2 kids? Would recommend & would return if in Denver again.”
