“This is a great spot! Clean, lovely energy, artistic, great proximity to restaurants. Safe neighborhood. walked dog at night and felt very safe. Off street parking was easy. Air conditioning was superb. Communication with the owner exceeded our expectations! Super accommodating!! Would stay here again 5 stars!! ”

“Check in was super easy. Management of the property reaches out with simple instructions a couple days before the trip. We were visiting Denver and the surrounding areas and this served as a conveniently located "home base" for many activities around Denver. We have two teens and two elementary school aged kids and this house was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax when we weren't out on day trips. “Enjoyed the stay. Felt very at home and everything was new. Bed was comfortable and the apartment cooled down quickly after turning the A/C on. Also, very convenient for walking to restaurants or to get groceries. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent communication from host, property was spotlessly clean - had everything one needed for an extended stay. Garage parking was essential in this neighborhood (garage door was somewhat temperamental) area good for walkable food & grocery choices. Security & automatic lighting was appreciated. Only comments: would not recommend for 6 adults due to only 1 small full bathroom but perfect for 2 - maybe with 2 kids? Would recommend & would return if in Denver again.”
