"Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

"Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. This property was very close to where I was digging for Herkimer crystals, so it was perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee as well! Thanks for being a great host Chris!"

"We were attending my nieces wedding. We thought it might be nice to invite some family to share the house with us. It was big enough. The area was quiet, very much in the country, but close enough to get to a town and the Glimmerglass park for the wedding. Everything was only a few minutes away. We all had a wonderful time."

"We stayed at this LOVELY property more than two years ago while visiting our son at school. At that time, the home was absolutely spotless and well-appointed and the property was beautiful. We promptly booked it for our son's commencement weekend two years later. Having now returned to the property two years later, it was just as spotless, beautiful and conveniently located as we remembered! Highly recommend!"

"I have stayed here many times and found it very good for my needs. The staff is friendly . The TV lineup has changed and there was no MSNBC which is a favorite of mine..... that was disappointing. Breakfast is standard hotel items and the breakfast attendant quite friendly, which was nice. I recommend this property."
