"This hotel was a 5 star rating for all of us. The staff was very nice and pleasant from the front desk to the room attendants. The extra happy hour snacks and drinks was a welcoming plus and was very much appreciated from the staff. I was very pleased and would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to visit the st louis area. I also would like to add that the views of the baseball park were nice to see also. Thank you to all staff for a pleasant stay."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."

"Broken drywall on bathroom floor, old candy bar wrapper in nightstand drawer. Left an item behind and no one would call back. Asked for a cab was told it takes 5 minutes, oh no I was late for an extremely important appointment."

"Assistant manager checked us in. He was 100/10, so helpful and incredibly friendly. Hotel is clean, staff all were wonderful, and breakfast/happy hour was awesome. "
