“Staff”

“What was unique about the property was the staff. It's a family owned operation and they greet you with a basket of goodies when you arrive! They are very friendly and helpful and know everything that's going on in Big Pine, as far as good places to go to eat. The room was very clean and there were lots of tissue boxes and free samples for the guests to use. Parking was great, each parking spot had a number that matched the room number. I will definitely go back !!!”

“Excellent last minute stay after our alternative accommodation fell through. The property is well maintained, spotless and very comfortable. The laundry facilities were an additional blessing. Lone Pine is a lovely little town and we enjoyed meeting some of the welcoming locals on our evening exploration. Will definitely stay again if passing through.”

“The house is tiny, twin bed and very uncomfortable.We had mice in the bbq, there was wads of crewed gum all over the entry and parking pad. If you’re looking to glamp it’s great!!Wasn’t worth the money to is. Thank you,”

“What an amazing place! Got a tip from a local to take a short drive up the Mount Whitney portal and I highly recommend everyone do the same. The views from the room are AMAZING! Waking up to the sunrise on the mountains was something I'll never forget. Communication was fast and very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here.”

“Great place to stay, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Beautiful mountain views along with numerous rock outcroppings adjacent to the property and surrounding area. Loved how the home builder designed the house; has a very rustic artistic elegance to it. Lots of area to walk your pets in neighboring areas/roads with lots to see. We would stay here again. ”

The house was lovely and contained all we needed. Lydia was responsive to our questions, and did check in without prompting. We plan on returning but probably not soon enough!”
