“The staff were so helpful in showing me how to get to my room. The room was pretty clean, and I even found and cleaned up a small mishap. But overall, it wasn’t a great experience.”

“Was there two nights. We had no service while we were gone and it was disheartening to arrive to a dirty room. Had to ask front desk for tea and clean cups. I asked if our price included service and she said it did indeed include service. She apologized and brought what we needed up in spite of her working by herself. The website indicated sound proof rooms and we could hear everything in the hallway, we were next to the ice machine in room 400. This was the first time at a Double Tree as……

“I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. It was clean enough, oh and the air conditioning wasn't all that great either, we had the air on 70° but had to sleep without……

“Very comfy hotel that has great suites with full kitchenette and utensils. Spacious room with many closet/ drawer options. With the sofa in room, desk, and countertop space - this is a perfect place to make your stay very homey. Ample parking and friendly staff top off a great spot for overnight or extended stays.”

“Needs maintanace kind of put of shape. TV didn't work stairs to 2nd floor are very steep and narrow a bit dangerous. Breakfast are was dimly lit.”

My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.”
