“This property has a FANTASTIC location especially if you are using it as a base for going to games/events. It is safe, quiet, yet fairly close to the freeway so you can get places in minutes. We came out for a swim meet at Carmel and it was super convenient and close to so many things we were looking for. The host is excellent with communication and it is very clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower in the bathroom does not have……

“Main reason for the 4 stars is the non-functioning Mini-Split style Air-Conditioning units. The host/property management had installed two window A/C units, so we give them credit for that and that there was A/C in the unit. However these are simply obnoxious in noise and (strong) blowing cold air. Unit was clean and bright, nicely accommodated. Parking may seem inconvenient based on the information provided, but in reality wasn't an issue at all (always available street parking in close……
