“Clean room”

“Really enjoyed my stay in the loft. Spacious and full of memorabilia. Was great to have a private bathroom and room itself was quiet. Forgot to turn the air down before coming back late or temperature was a little too warm for a great night’s sleep, so remember to do that as it takes s while for the room to cool down being on the top floor. The host, Don, was very friendly and took time to explain some history of the house and Avanti cars and even took us over to see two over the cars across……

“Historic house on a nice street. Use of entire 1st floor with organized kitchen for guests and a washer and dryer. Amazing art by the host. Quite talented!”

“Pros: Location was good across from river and next to a mostly closed downtown area. Check-in and price was great. Cons: Bathroom space and cleanliness ( dirty washable fingerprints and marks on walls) tiny size of room, long-term tenants with drama, the absolute dingy-est towels I’ve ever seen. I really didn’t even want to dry off with them. Otherwise served its purpose.”

“I like the location near Linton. The suite was nice. My wife liked the room set up with two recliners in the living room area.”

“From the time we arrived until we left, we were impressed by the property and the host. The property was exceptionally clean and in great condition. Amenities were as stated in the listing. The heated bathroom floor was a nice bonus . If you want a quality property in a quiet setting this is your place”
