Modern Casita w private entrance and kitchenette

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Casita has private entrance, includes kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink, queen-size bed, full bath, washer/dryer, TV and Wifi. Also access to 3 pools, pickleball/tennis courts, 27-hole golf course and close to Coachella and Stagecoach festivals! 220 volt available for electric vehicles upon request and for an additional charge. If you need more space, we also have an attached 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Please inquire if interested. Note, others may be renting the main house at the same time you are staying at our Casita. Necessities lacking
Most things I needed were available, except for any microwaveable containers, no other way to cook or boil water, no cereal/soup bowls. Many cute decorator items took up the limited counter space. Apparently the owners expected limited to no cooking in the unit. I did not realize that would be so difficult. Owners did not inform me the water would be turned off until it was back on.
