“The room had a sofa and desk seating area when you walked in the room. The bathroom was next and then the bedroom. The bedroom had the a/c unit. In order to cool off the sofa area the a/c had to be set below 70. Then you got a freezing bedroom and a much warmer sofa area. The sofa was very hard. We looked at the pullout mattress, but it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The actual bed was fine and the walk-in shower was great.”

“The impression made upon us from the moment we pulled into the parking lot was that it didn’t match its online photos and was very rundown. The moment you stepped into the building you were assaulted with overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was no where in the hallways that you could escape the smell. It was nauseating and headache-inducing. The carpet in the hall was littered with garbage, as if it had been days since they’d vacuumed. Crossing the threshold into our room,……
