"We had a great experience at Smart Hotel Naples! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. "I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."

"Friendly service and cleaning was really good. However, we had room appliances that got written up for repair to when we checked out. No worries from us. But I can highly recommend the place. The hotel is outside Naples and a lovely quiet area with fields next to it. Really lovely place. However, it would be nice to have a shuttle bus to Naples or a beach as parking in downtown Naples is a nightmare."
