Our 3 night stay was good. We reserved a rom with snacks. The snacks were in the room on check in but that was it. So don't pay extra for each day only to recieve the snack box on check in day only. Also the rooms are only cleaned by staff each 4 days. So we had to go to the front desk to get clean linens and towels when we needed them. The elevators were not reliable. Customers were using stairs very frequently.

Prostitutes everyday all hours , property management was racist and so rude and non helpful….has roaches….crime really high . Drugs are really bad …..only thing good was pool was nice

My dog had an accident in the bed. I was told police was not to allow dogs in bed although nobody informed me of this policy. I had to pay for new bedding and I was evicted from my week booked stay and refunded nothing

Front desk girl doing audit was a nightmare. She needs to be fired. I’m NOT talking about the lady manager who was working audit. She’s very nice. It’s this young girl who works audit. She has the worst attitude and yelled at me because she had to take a break from smoking and do work and hit the button to let me in the front door after 11 PM. I was coming in to extend my stay. It’s not like I forgot my key card.

I expected a lot better based on Trip Advisor's "good rating" including Travelers 2022 Choice award and other hotel web site reviews as this hotel is below standard in every way and the best thing about staying there was "leaving". The staff is also not friendly and our room was very depressing to say the least even for a cheap hotel, and this is the last time we ever stay in a Red Roof hotel again. If our room was a premium upgrade, which is what we paid for, I would hate to see what a standard room looks like.
