Comprising an open plan lounge and dining area which opens out to a large outdoor entertaining deck complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting this home also features reverse air conditioner and wood heating to cover all weather. Set in a quiet street with plenty of off street parking this home is ideal for the keen beach goers! Bob Pettit Reserve is minutes away to keep the little ones entertained with a large football oval, bike jumps, skate park and a huge play ground. PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS WITH THIS PROPERTY ARE REQUEST BASIS. ONCE YOU HAVE PUT A BOOKING REQUEST THROUGH, OUR FRIENDLY STAFF WILL BE IN TOUCH REQUESTING FURTHER INFORMATION.
