We were upgraded to a newer part of the hotel which had all the facilities for a family vacation. The location and surroundings are perfect for visiting Jasper and god service all around.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We received complaints about noise from our room, even though we were not making any noise at all. The first complaint came at night, and without any proper investigation, hotel security told us to be quiet and go to sleep. The following evening, at around 8 PM, the same issue occurred. Despite our quietness, we were again admonished by security to keep the noise down. This recurring, unjustified harassment without any validation of the complaints made our stay quite unpleasant. We expected the hotel to handle the situation more professionally and to consider both sides before issuing warnings. Unfortunately, the lack of proper investigation and poor handling by the hotel staff ruined our experience. We would not recommend this hotel based on our unfortunate encounter.

The pictures displayed for this property are not accurate. The rooms are run down and not updated at all. The hotel next door is the hotel displayed on the website and it says nothing about being in the old part. The room is dirty and it was very disappointing.

We were in room 602 which is on the 3rd floor (the highest floor). We got to see some animals eating outside of our room which was amazing. I however would not recommend this particular room number as it was right next to the ice maker which woke us up several times throughout the night. The room was clean, the shower was great and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. The hotel is close to town too. I highly recommend the Alpine wing here in Jasper!

I loved the layout and the design of the hotel. I also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to highway 16 and to the Icefields Parkway. Parking was easy. There was a restaurant in the hotel that was able to get me back out of the calorie deficit in which I arrived! However, my shower could have used some extra cleaning. The breakfast buffet could have used some more choices, but I did appreciate that it opened as early as 6:30 am.
