“I know this is a pet friendly hotel but there should be rooms for people who are allergic to cats, as I am. I walked into the room, laid in the bed and my eyes swelled up that fast. Less than 2 minutes. I know it is pet friendly but I thought it would be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff there were fantastic and cancelled our week long reservation. I can’t talk highly enough about the staff. Thank you to them again. Just look for a hotel that doesn’t allow pets if you are as allergic……

“The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”

“Helena was extremely helpful in resolving a booking issue. Professional, courteous and went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. What an amazing and thoughtful person.”

“Check in was fine, the customer service was great and they were accommodating but the room was damp, and the shower was not clean. The breakfast was not satisfactory. For a one night stay it’s fine but would not recommend staying for more than that.”

“The room was clean, linen was clean. Staff friendly. The hot tub was like warm at best, jets didn't work. There was green algae floating on the top of the water. The corners of the deck near the hot tub was slimy & dirty. The shower had no hot water. The hotel advertised free breakfast, there was no breakfast. The air filter was caked in black dust.”
