“Room security features were broken, shower head was moldy, no coffee pot. There was a coffee machine but no pot or carafee to hold coffee. Lastly the electric service in the room was faulty. It fried my travel surge protector and the lights constantly flickered”

“I really liked everything about the property until it was time to go to bed. I heard noises all night from guests above me and beside me. Not partying or loud music but constant thumping and stomping around. Opening and closing doors; it was as if they never slept. The sounds lasted til 2:00am and then began again at 4:00am. I had my dogs with me and they barked every hour at the noises. I didn’t fall asleep until 6:00am with a pillow over my head. With only 4 hours of sleep after an 8 hour……

“Only the location, price and the quick check in/out were the best parts. Our room was very dirty, mold on the ceiling in the washroom, the mini fridge had built up ice and couldn't close properly, so much dusting needed to be done, the "cuck" chair look like it was attacked by a cat, a lot of the furniture was damaged and the beds were absolutely terrible, very uncomfortable. The Red Roof in Chicago was a lot better, this was a huge letdown and I wouldn't pay to stay there again despite the……

“Has to walk through smokers to get into the building. Instantly smelled like cigarettes and weed. The side door was constantly open, no need for a card key. The room was dirty and the bed covers were stained. There was a sticker stuck to the lampshade. It didn’t even look like anyone tried to make it look nice. They packed up breakfast 10 minutes early. Had to ask to get the coffee. Trash was left in the hall for hours. The key cards stopped working for no explicable reason. The carpets all……

“The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”

“Nice hotel with a kitchen in every suite, including a nice microwave and fridge. However, it could be cleaner. I noticed some dust around the bed, and it seemed like the staff had just quickly swept the area. After we asked for room service, they cleaned the room much better.”
