"這次入住非圖片上的飯店，他們說幫我升級到Grand hotel,主動開車載我們及行李到新飯店，也幫忙搬行李到房間，房間升級為二層的閣樓房，有冷氣有冰箱，裡面設施齊全，很多插座，水壓強，位置比原訂飯店更好，就在黑死病紀念柱旁，旁邊就是地窖餐廳，走路去任何景點都很方便，最後退房時，除了幫忙把沉重的行李扛下來以外，還載我們到巴士站搭車，早餐豐富好吃，雖然沒有電梯，但服務很到位，讓人心甘情願額外付小費，感謝他們的服務與協助。"
